Main Duties
Responsibilities The DLS will be responsible for the complaint administration and legal defence of the JBW group. Complaint investigation and response It is the DLS responsibility to monitor, administer and reply to the complaints and queries received about the legal conduct of JBW and or our Agents. The DLS will report investigation and patterns of complaint to the Board of Directors monthly to assist in the management and development process. The DLS will complete and file all claim’s and defence papers on behalf of the JBW Group. Advice The DLS will give legal advice to JBW and or their Agents. Court attendance The DLS will attend court and represent JBW and from time to time instruct and liaise with the JBW appointed QC. |

You will have previous legal experience and able to work as part of a team.Recruitment is competence based and applicants will need to show in their application and at interview that they have demonstrated the competencies required for the post in their present duties or activities. |
